RTE Capture Manual
Installation:
You can download the last online installer here.
Just follow the installer.
During the progress, you will get asked if you want to create desktop icons and use local folder.
Desktop icons: Will create to icons: "RTE Capture" and "Run ArmA (II)". "RTE Capture" will start RTE Capture. "Run ArmA (II)" will start RTE Capture and the last active profile.
Use local folder: When checked, RTE Capture will store its data in the installation directory. Otherwise the data will get stored within {userappdata}, as Windows recommends.
Update:
Updater follow the same procedure as new users, but after the installation, they need to check the settings-section and set the path to their ArmA II installation.

To check if RTE has found RTE Capture:
On the top right in RTE will be a "projects" button. If this one is missing, then there is no connection to RTE Capture.
RTE has to be closed when you activate monitoring.
But since activate monitoring doesn't work at the moment:
Create a profile inside RTE Capture (Options->Profile). Make sure that "Use RTE Capture DLL" is checked.
Then use this profile to run ArmA. RTE Capture will then try to establish the connection itself.

If you use ArmA 2 you need to be more descriptive about your problem.

I am trying to run ArmaII and have the path correct etc.
The potential of this project is great if only we could save our work. Is there a fix??

I´ve installed RTEditor via mod folders and ran through -mod, but then I cannot export anything, since the Arma2 wasnt loaded via RTE Capture launch feature.
Is there a work around, a launch config file where I can also load in other @Mods?
